Deposit
The first night's lodging plus taxes is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected one day prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
Holidays & Special Events
A 14-day cancellation notice is required for holidays and special events. Please review your confirmation for applicable dates.
Group Reservations
Group bookings require a 30-day cancellation notice. Please contact us directly to discuss arrangements for larger parties.
Maximum Occupancy
Rooms accommodate up to 2 guests. Peter's Suite is available for larger parties or families — please inquire at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
We recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance in the event of unexpected changes to your plans.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In
Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please call or text us in advance and we will make arrangements for a smooth late arrival.
Check-Out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. We appreciate your punctuality as our team prepares rooms for arriving guests.
Breakfast
Hours & Service
A complimentary 3-course gourmet breakfast featuring locally sourced ingredients is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Dietary Needs
We are glad to tailor breakfast for dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies. Please let us know at the time of booking or well before your arrival date.

Age & Atmosphere
We welcome children over the age of 13 when traveling with their parents. Young adults 21 years or older, traveling without their parents, are welcome at the inn.
Smoking
Foster Harris House is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at Foster Harris House.
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is included with your stay.

Daily housekeeping service is available upon request.
