The snow was beautiful here at the Foster Harris House and we enjoyed the winters day off, but its back to cooking in preparation for the weekend. We have two tables available for dinner on Saturday night and some great things on the menu -
Seared colossal scallops with carrot rosemary puree and toasted pecans
Butterkin squash ravioli with sage cream and crispy prosciutto
Pan-roasted lamb loin with Gorgonzola polenta and baby kale
Eggnog panna cotta with gingerbread tuiles and an orange caramel sauce
