Included with your stay at the Foster Harris House is a lavish, unhurried four-course breakfast. We've decided to take the standard breakfast fare and change it up a bit by elevating bacon and eggs to something fun and unexpected. Why shouldn’t breakfast be a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach?
It is the most important meal of the day, after all.
Here's a typical menu:
- Judge's Blend fresh roast coffee or tea and fresh orange juice
- Candied Ginger Scones
- Ripe mango and berries topped with vanilla custard yogurt and granola
- Roasted red pepper and Gruyere souffle, hickory-smoked bacon glazed in a raspberry chipotle sauce
- Blueberry cheesecake crepes drizzled with Creme Anglaise
